Default explorer dl.html windows freeze?!

"dl.html" is not a component of a Windows ME system , it is a
Macromedia file installed with Dreamweaver Ultra Dev4 (or other
versions of Dreamweaver). (Location :
Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver UltraDev
4\Configuration\Reference\HTML)

However, your's is the second post I've seen today with "dl.html"
being fingered. Did you check for updates for AdAware, Spybot, and
CWShredder prior to running them ? Do so and then boot to Safe Mode
and run in this order :

CWShredder
AdAware
Spybot (v.1.3 is the latest one)

If this doesn't resolve the error message there may be something mow
insidious at hand. Please post back with your results.

Default explorer dl.html windows freeze?!

My computer keeps having dl.html stuff up the internet connect, it
cascades many IE pages onto my screen, it then disconnects me from the
internet and tries to reconnect me withs TIBS41.
My VET sees that dl.html is HarnigJS Trojan or something similar and
deletes it but dl.html keeps coming back and doing it all over again.
I have all the newest versions of VET, Adaware and Spybot and cant get
rid of it.

On Hijackthis I get:

Steven
Please post the log to a more appropriate newsgroup - this one is for
Windows Millennium, and you're running Windows XP!!
