Why would you want to install a program into the Temp folder? That is a BAD
place to put things you may want to keep.

When you download a program sometimes more often than not,
the installation application needs to use the Temp folder
for a few minutes but what I am saying is that the
downloads that I have tried to INSTALL to my computer
lately from My Download file, Windows will not let it use
the Temp folder for what the download needs to do...so
that it never completes any installations.

My question is Why won't Windows let any downloads use the
Temp file to Install a program to my computer, when it
always has before?
I want to know what to do to fix this problem. I am not
downloading programs to the Temp file.

I guess I am not understanding your problem. Are you seeing error messages?
If so, what are they, word-for-word? If you are not seeing error messages
then what problem exactly are you seeing?
