Enable double click
Hi, i am working on a computer where the double clicking is disabled. how do
i enable it - registry key? Also, on the same computer, when i right click on the desktop, and click on properties, nothing happens. why is this and how do i get rid of this problem. Finally, in the control panel, i do not have a display icon (amongst many other things), how do i egt it back. regards and thanks in advance. |

The only thing I can help you with is the double click. I don't know any
reasons as to why you get nothing for properties when you right click on the desktop, and I don't know why you don't have an icon for control panel. Hopefully someone else can help you there. Anyway, as for enabling double click...go to START then to SETTINGS then to FOLDER OPTIONS. Near the bottom of the page, you can customize how Windows views your folders. Go to CUSTOMIZE and at the bottom of the page, there is an option to single click or double click. You can make any changes there. Hope that helps.
