Security Update CD
Have tried to use the Security Update CD, It advises to
disable Fast Shut Down in Windows 98SE.(see Knowledge base Article 187607). When I follow the procedure a message comes up saying cannot find mfc40.dll. However when I search my system the file is at C:\windows\vcm\mfc40.dll. Is this the correct location for the file or should i copy/or move the file to the C:\windows\system folder? Your help would be appreciated.
