Default Error message during start up

Right after I boot my laptop I recieve the following
message:

RUNDLL
Error loading C:\PROGRA~l\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The system cannot find the path specified.

Any advice that be given concerning this matter would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
