Default JPEG

For the last several weeks I have been unable to view my
original JPEP photos. I have tried the 'file option' but
can not get JPEG to install. In fact, when I try, the
computer tells me the file already exisits. There seems to
be no way I can get the photos to return to the JPEG
format. recently there have been articles regarding JPEG
and Explorer, can there be a problem there.
Also, every time I sign off my Earthlink, I have to
restart the computer. I have checked, several times with
Earthlink and they tell me its a problem with Microsoft.
Any assistabce is greatly appreciated.

What are you using to view them? If you need a graphics viewer: Irfanview:
A very good freeware graphics viewer: http://www.irfanview.com/

Second problem. Give us some facts to work with. Why do you have to
restart it? Any error messages? How are you signing off on Earthlink?
Exactly what is wrong with Microsoft according to them?
