Spool 32, Ptudfapp. Explorer Error Messages
I am currently running Windows 98 SE on my home PC.
Today I started getting an error box on start up that said "Spool 32 - This programe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, please contact the program vendor" I chose the "Close" option, then I got an error box that said "Ptudfapp - This programe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, please contact the program vendor" again I chose the "Close" option. Then I got an error box that said "Explorer - This programe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, please contact the program vendor" again I chose the "Close" option. Follwoing this, sometimes my PC freezes and I need to press the reset button, and sometimes I can double click the icons before it freezes and I need to do either CTRL-ALT-DEL to restart or press the reset button. Can anyone out there help me out by suggesting a way to fix this problem. Many Thanks Scott

post back with the exact details word for word, up to but not including the memory registers; and when it occurs.
