Inverse printing
I have a user with a very strange problem. She had a PC with Windows 95
connected to an HP Laserjet 6L. The problem was theat when she printed anything it came out white text on black background. She is connecting to the network via Citrix - i.e. the printer is set as a client printer. I have since rebuilt the PC with Windows 98 and replaced the printer with a newer HP Laser printer - (sorry forgot the model no) - but she still has the same problem - white text on black background. I guess this could be a profile thing perhaps? Any ideas? I can't replicate the problem elsewhere. thanks Dave |
