Default Need boot/start disk.

I can't start my PC and I can't even get it to start in
safe mode. To make things worse, I can't find my
boot/start disk. Does anyone know where I can download the
contents of an ME boot/start disk? (Yes I still have the
install CD)

If you are unable to create a boot floppy you can download the image of a
Win Me OEM boot disk from www.bootdisk.com. Download to your desktop,
double click to run and follow the prompts to transfer the image to a
floppy. You don't have to be running Win Me on the system you use when you
download and make the Win Me boot floppy.

I've got a real novel suggestion for you. Why not read the replies that
were posted to the thread to which you are posting?

LOL

Sad to see that Nicolette diligently took the time to look for others
reporting the same problem but didn't realise that she needed to click the
+ sign to then read the replies.

Nicolette, eh? I didn't see her post as I've blocked the CDO (again!). She
reminds me of the gum I'm now trying to kick!

btw I'll have a litre of Roussillion later today (if they haven't forgotten!
I drew a map of how to get to the cave in question and wrote on it
ROUSSILLION, so I'll be steaming if I don't get it!).

Me too, iow it's gone already - though there's also a Loire Rouge (that I'm
enjoying the penultimate glass of atm!).

Why bother with bottles? Can't you arrange for a tanker to deliver your
needs? g
