Hi,

Assuming it was moved "out of sight" and there isn't another problem,
booting into safe mode will restore it to the bottom of the screen.
There are a few ways to get to safe mode; one is to repeatedly tap F8 as
the computer boots, right away- before the Windows logo, to bring up the
Startup Menu and select safe mode from the list.
After Windows fully loads in safe mode, just restart as normal. If you
had the task bar set to "auto-hide" you will need to re-set that and
perhaps rearrange your desktop icons.

Do you have a Windows Key on your keyboard? Hitting it should bring up the
Start Menu. Alternatively you can use CTRL-ESC

Perhaps it has been moved to another side/top of the monitor, move your =
pointer to both sides/top to see if it pops out.

Another way to get to the properties for it is Start Settings =
Taskbar and Start Menu..
