Reinstalling Windows in a new folder
Hi, I'm about to start the process of reinstalling Windows
in a different folder because I keep getting Explorer.exe errors. I just have a few questions to ask. 1) My Windows folder is currently on the C: drive and my personal files are on the D: drive (two separate drives). If I was to reinstall Windows on the D: drive you it then be safe to delete it from the C: drive? 2) Because all my past work is on my D: drive, I don't really want to install Windows there because if my explorer.exe problem ever arises again then I don't want to format that drive etc. So is it possible to reinstall on the D: drive, delete the version on the C: and then reinstall on the C: drive? Thanks. |
