Win98SE keeps asking for PCI USB
I installed the tv ATI tuner I have and each time I boot, a box appears asking
for "PCI Universal Bus". I made it do its own search and it keeps coming back unable to find". I do a browse and tried almost every place that I could think of and could not get windows to find it, including the updated software. Does anyone know where such a file is? There are no yellow markers in device manager.
