can't create new folder
I have recently reformatted and reinstalled win98se.
When I right click mouse to create a shortcut or a new folder the option is not there. It was there right after i reinstalled but now i can't find it. any ideas on a fix would be appreciated. thanks

Did you install an update for your nVidia card?
