Default Installing Windows ME

Does anyone know any tricks that make it possible to install ME on a slower
processor 150MHZ (e.g. Pentium 133). If so how??

Tricks no, the command switch required yes, but it really is NOT
worthwhile. With a P133 Win Me will run like a dog and it just isn't
worth wasting your time over.
