Default Windows 98

I have a question about Windows 98. My parents work in
Germany, military school teachers, my brother has left
them a NEC monitor, Comtech pc, etc. The problem is that
some pop-up menus are in German. As my brother was
proficient in German. How can my dad get the system to
English? I do have a 98 cd.
I have installed MS office XP for him when I was there
last week.

1) Send him a copy of the CD, he or you could pay for an
additional license to make it legit.

2) Or send him the original CD.

3) He could try learning Die Deutsche Sprache (German)

4) Try Ebay

5) Small trip to England and maybe pick one up.

6) Try area repair shops

7) Take a trip to Germany and give him a copy/original.
Then go to a beerhall (ratskeller) and try some of their
beers. (Mental Note: Must go to Germany and do such a
thing).

He will need to format the C: partition and then reinstall an English
version of W98.
