Default Error "Black MSDOS-Prompt appears at start up"

When starting up my computer the above little window opens
saying: (translated from Swedish!)
"the catalogue stated for COMMAND.COM is incorrect"
? How do I get rid of that little ****?

Many thanks in advance for a solution.

Bob
