Default what is winoldap

hello

latley i have been noticed this program or whatever it is
running in the background when i hit ctrl-alt-delete
i tryed searching for it with file find but nothing
it is not even showing up when i run msconfig
any help would be great

Winoldap is required to run MS.DOS based programmes.

Just out of curiosity, if I delete it (I don't run DOS programs) will I
still be able to run commands from the shell?
