VNETBIOS ERROR

I am getting an error "An exception OE has occurred at
0028:C006115D VxD VNETBIOS(01)+ 00000B8D. This was called
from 0028:C023f58B in VxD VMM(0C) + 0000058B." This
happens at boot up. The only reference I can find has to
do with Win 95 but Im running Win Me. I've tried multiple
restores but it still appears. Any ideas???
