Default usb thumb drive

I am having trouble transferring files larger than 20MB to
a usb thumb drive from windows 98se.

Any suggestions I downloaded and installed KB240075 update.

I can transfer smaller files, but not larger than 20MB
files.

Check the manufacturer's www site to see if your problem is documented.
