Default DIRECT PARALLEL CONNECTION

Can I connect 1 XP Pro PC (Guest) to 1 Win98 Original (Host) using direct
Parallel connection. I know I can use a Serial connection, but Parallel is
apparently faster?

Thanks for any assistance.

Yes, you can. For details:

DirectParallel® and Direct Cable Connection (DCC) Step-by-Step SETUP
http://www.lpt.com/Support/DCC-SetUp/dcc-setup.htm

Parallel is faster than serial. An Ethernet connection is much faster
than both, and it's much easier to set up and use.

I'm so glad I found this thread -- I can't seem to install the DCC as both
your and the instructions I looked up have indicated. I put in the sytem
disc to get the file, and it can't find it on the system disc. Do you have
any suggestions?
