Default DVD Re-Writer Failure

Hey, I just bought a DVD Re-Writer and after installing it with my CD
Re-Writer I put in a disk a WAH-LA!! My disk drives don't show that I put
in a disk. I got some error messages about scsi1hlp and I uninstalled Nero
and InCD that I got with my CD drive. After doing so this problem happened.
I have all the cables and jumpers right. Please HELP!!! Thanks!
