CD player start up
Both of the DVD player and the CD Burner continue to spin
and will not allow the computer to start up. It is like they are stuck. Then the computer will not turn off with the power switch (I have to pull the plug.) I can push the eject button and the DVD player will open but it immediately shuts again. The CD burner will not open. Should I open up the computer and disconnect the players?
