Error Within Network Icon within Control Panel
I am looking for an answer to what Windows 98 Program(s)
are directly responsible for displaying the Network Icon within control Panel. Current problem is The network Icon displays ok, you can get into it ok, but when you try to set up a Tcpip address or Gateway, you are not allowed to enter ANYTHING. Poledit is NOT a factor. I'm thinking that it is somehow corrupted and would like to recopy the DLL files that control it. Anyone know which ones?? Is it possible that I could also get into the regedit portion and enter needed IP address from there ? Any info would be most helpful. |

Do you have correct protocol and service? sounds like the shortcut is working ok. Have you tried removing and reinstalling the adapter? -max -- Programs that I use and recommend (all are free) Many thanks to all the people who make these fine products!
