Default fatal exception

I have BSOD message: "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C029B5F4 in
VXD
VWIN32(05) + 0000411C"

What do I do to dig myself out of this one??
My computer is very old: Pentium 160, 2Gb hard drive, Windows 98SE.
