SHUTTING DOWN 98
Mnay times Windows 98 get stuck as it closes down lwaving
the " Windoes 98 is now closing down " on the screen. Can I do anything to make it shut down every time I " shut dow "?

Hi S,
This is a common problem in Win98 SE where Fast Shutdown is still enabled. Run MSCONFIG, click Advanced, and make sure Fast Shutdown is disabled. If the Win98 SE Shutdown Supplement was installed this option will be not appear in MSConfig. If that doesn't do it go to James Eshelman's Shutdown Troubleshooting Site and go through it step by step.
