Installing Windows Me
Can Windows Me upgrade cd be used to install a clean
version of windows me? would this require windows to install? also could the upgrade cd be used to install windows me on a pc with no operating system?

Installing Windows Me
Yes, you can clean install Win Me using an upgrade CD provided that you have a
