Iexplore
While trying to defrag, I get a message that system
resources are low. When I press Ctrl Alt Delete, Iexplore is shown a great number of times. What is causing this that prevents me from completing the defrag? |

Try doing a clean boot, and then defrag.....however, I would not defrag until the
cause of the problem was resolved. How to Perform Clean-Boot Troubleshooting for Windows 98 http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=192926 "CLEAN BOOT -- What it is and why you need it." by MS MVP Gary Terhune http://snipurl.com/8gam Before trying to defrag, update your anti-virus app and then run a full-system virus scan. Use CWShredder, the CoolWeb removal tool, available he http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads31.html http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads...CWShredder.exe http://aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.zip Start the app, and press the Fix button In addition, install Ad-Aware 6 free edition, start it, click its 'Check for Updates' link in the app to install updates, then use it to scan your system, and remove what it finds. Ad-Awa http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ Install, update and run SpyBot Search & Destroy, scan your system, and then remove the items in RED only.
