Default Can not access help files.

I just ran ad-aware, 1,274 items removed. I also ran AVG anti-virus and
removed a trojan and a couple of viruses.
Now when I click system information I get this strange little box.
ie. "Help and Support Usage
Sorry, wrong option (null)
no option launch to default page
-Regserver register the application
-Unregserver unregister the application
-Collect exec scheduled data collection
-Url url navigate to a particular page"
I tried re-installing WinMe, apparently did nothing.
So can anyone tell me what's wrong? More importantly can someone tell me
how to fix it.

Thank-you for your time and trouble. Michael Hyatt

I should also include the fact that when I try to create a restore point I
get a message "unable to create a restore point. Please restart and try
again"; after restarting the same message appears when I again try to create
a restore point. It could be part of the same problem (corrupted
files/registry????) or something entirely different. Michael Hyatt
