Outlook Express error

OE says my password is not acceptable and it does not
recognise my user name. I haven't been able to get to
email in 3 months so i started another one on yahoo. My
internet provider has spent hours on the phone with me
trying to help. I have talked to 8 tech support people in
one month to try again.No luck yet. Can you help?

OE has no knowledge (and cares less) of what your password or username are -
it's only the servers that can complain about that.
What is the EXACT error message you get when attempting to retrieve your
email??
