Default MICROSOFT 97

I HAVE INSTALLED MICROSOFT 97 ON MY COMPUTER WHICH
OPERATES ON WINDOWS 98 AND WHEN I TRY THE "MICROSOFT
ACESS" IT GIVES ME THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE:

MICROSOFT ACCESS CAN'T START BECAUSE THERE IS NO LICENSE
FOR IT ON THIS MACHINE.

I HAVE TRIED TO USE EXCEL, POWER POINT AND MICROSOFT WORD
AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY TOLD ME TO UPGRADE MY MICROSOFT BUT I HAVE A PROGRAM
THAT SPECIFICALLY WORKS WITH MICROSOFT 97 AND THIS IS THE
ONLY REASON FOR NOT UPGRADING MY COMPUTER.

I PULLED OUT MY MICROSOFT 97 AND INSTALLED THE 2000 AND IT
DID NOT WORK AND NOW THAT I AM TRYING TO INSTALL 97 BACK
IN TO MY COMPUTER IS GIVING ME THIS ERROR.

I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE AND PLEASE REPLY AT YUR EARLIEST
CONVENIENCE.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I assume you mean Microsoft Office 97?

Try the Office group and mention your version of Word or Office.

I suggest you skip the hard to read capitals when you repost or you
may get ignored.
