corrupt window

Hi
I keep on receiving this window with this letters

Is there anyone out here that might be able to help me...
I tried going into tools tab/internet
options/security/resricted sites/sites/then I copy and
paste address: http://www.ad-w-a-r-e.com/callback_ron.php?
GUID={BAF27141-5550-4F1E-874F-4B6E24634C51}
&country=US&type=
then add and ok, and it still does not block it.

What else can I do?

You may have a virus/spyware hijack

download the Stinger from here and run it to make sure that A-V-disabling
viruses are not present on your PC

- update your virus scanner and run a full system scan of all files.

Reboot to Safe Mode and run CWShredder - to remove variants of the
CoolWebSearch hijacker.
