Changing the default language on 98

Man, this is really retarded but I am stuck on trying to change the
default language on win98 from english to spanish so I can donate my
laptop to some VERY POOR folks who really need it. But, before I ship
man its got to display Win98 and Office in spanish or its worthless to
them. Anybody know this one?? Man, you would be helping me help
somebody else. Thanks Amigos!

You need to install the Spanish version if you want the OS to be Spanish.

If it is undesirable to buy and install the other language version, as
Brian A. said, -- see if the solution of the same problem for Russian,

will help: the most of its ideas and recipes are applicable to Spanish
as well.

It is the longer way though, and does not convert English version to
Spanish one in whole: so, the Help system will remain in English.
