V-Cache settings
Get rid of all three of those settings. You're pretty much killing vcache

To expand slightly on Richard's reply, remove all those settings by deleting those
three lines from the system.ini file, but leave the [vcache] section heading there for future use. BTW, Win98 does not even look at a ChunkSize setting there, so it is useless in *any* case.
