nero
Hey I'm having problems with nero i cant seem to copy films, i go into
nerovision express.click make dvd-video drag the film into it, etc,etc, then it transcodes fine, but when the transcoding is done nero just shuts down. or comes up with the error. burn process failed. would u like to save a log file, or sometimes it comes up with the error. "nerovision.exe application error The instruction at "0x006ade64" referenced memory at "0x013e3830". The memory could not be "read" click ok to terminate the program" i can copy short film clips, that are only on for about 3 mins it burns it fine, but when a burn a whole movie i wont burn can anyone help me

Have you been in touch with Nero to try and sort out the problem.
