rebooting windows

It all started when I was deleting programs from my
computer and puting them in the recycle bin. I don't know
much about computers so now, the computer when your going
to turn it on the monitor is black and a couple of words
appear at the corner, I'll push f8, but it doesn't want to
run nothing. Please give me advice.

You've probably already thoroughly messed up your system beyond repair =
by deleting programs instead of using proper procedures to uninstall =
them--depends on what you deleted-- but do you happen to remember with =
any certainty just what you deleted?

Regardless, I think you are almost certainly going to have to reformat =
that system and reinstall it all over again. But since you're a novice, =
you're either going to have to be willing to endure a steep learning =
curve, or you're going to have to get someone else to do it for you. If =
you have files on that machine that absolutely must be saved, you must =
also consider ways to save those before reformatting the system. Only =
way we can help you with that is for you to first tell us a lot more =
about your system--Make/Model, how large is the hard drive, etc.
