modem sound
I do not get any modem sound when dialing my ISP. I have
tried various things with volume etc. but unable to get it turned on. Can anyone help me.

Start, Settings, Control Panel, double click on Modems. On the first tab,
click on "Properties" and you should see a volume control for the modem itself. Heirloom, old and don't use mine "Lefty" wrote in message ... I do not get any modem sound when dialing my ISP. I have tried various things with volume etc. but unable to get it turned on. Can anyone help me.
