Default backup disks

i am wanting to make a set of syustem backup floppies for
and old win 98 laptop i need to know how to do that and
if it can be done from the gui ior needs to be dione from
the dos prompt and if frm the dos prompt the command to
do that

if you want to backup the whole system...
it would take too many floppies to be practical.

if there is only a little data you need to backup...
just copy it to floppies
otherwise you'd be better off getting a cd burner!

cant do a cd burner the system is too old and even if i
had the burner how would i do it

if your machine has a usb port
you could hook up an external cd burner...
then just burn any of your critical data to it
