Default Scandisk has caused a Gen Protection fault in kernal32

Am haveing troubles IE locks up from time to time, and after the ole 3 key salute to reboot scandisk causes errors in the Kernel32 file. but it's not limited to just that file, It affects my MMFS.DLL and the most infuriating one is whatever is the Problem causes Errors In the USER.EXE !?!? I've ran Nortons AV/Stinger/Adaware/Spybot/Hijackthis/LSP/Shredder.. and Still I have this problem any ideas??
