Hi, When I go on line my firewall mentions this file and asks me what to do,
let it through or not. What is it, please, and should I allow it through? Many thanks Em |

AFAIK that file should not be accessing the internet. You may want to =
have a good look at what adware/spyware might be installed and remove = any found. **It is very important to run the update for each program before = running to be sure you have the latest definitions.** Run the programs = in Safe Mode after assuring you have shut down all running tasks except = explorer or systray.
