dhcpcsvc.dll
I've been trying to intall a Linksys notebook adapter to
my laptop with Windows 98 and so far it has downlaoded the software, but it won't download the hardware, the adpater without a Windows 98 CD Rom which I cannot find. Any suggestions on lodeing the file I seem to not have, the file "dhcpcsvc.dll " is what the program needs to complete loading. Also, when I check to uninstall the software , I can find it listed in software to uninstall, but it won't uninstall....Help and thanks, Alex |

dhcpcsvc.dll
Alex -
I am having the same exact problem. As long as I am tethered to the Linksys router, I am fine. But in trying to install the notebook adapter, I get the same problem you have. I even have the Windows 98 SE CD, and can't find this file. Very frustrating! Have you found a solution yet? I notice that your post is several weeks old. -- Chuck -----Original Message----- I've been trying to intall a Linksys notebook adapter to my laptop with Windows 98 and so far it has downlaoded the software, but it won't download the hardware, the adpater without a Windows 98 CD Rom which I cannot find.
