MSPAINT NOT WORKING

Hi
MSPaint does not work but do not know when it stopped working.

It gives this error message when started:-

MSPAINT caused an invalid page fault in
module MFC42.DLL at 019f:6ab1f9eb.

I have found that 90% of problems with MSPaint are fixed by this
reference:

To resolve this problem, use registry editor to delete the following
registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre nt
Version\Applets\Paint

This registry key is rebuilt the next time you start Paint.

I also need some help when i open MSPaint this error message shows up.
