Default Missing file?

I am running Windows 98SE. After a cleanup of some adware
problems, I am getting a message after Windows loads that
a file could not be located: C:\WINDOWS\BXXS5.DLL
Could someone please tell me - what is this file, is it
critical, and if not, how can I delete the message?
Thank you!
