Windows Media Player 9
I just downloaded Windows Media Player 9.0 for Win98 SE.
When I tried to open the file, a message popped up that said this player was for Win98 SE, Win ME, 2000, and XP only. I have Windows 98SE. Why is it not being recognized by this software? |

Windows Media Player 9
Are you quite sure that you have Win98SE, and not the original Win98?
Right-click My Computer, click Properties General tab. Does it say Second Edition, and does the version number end with .2222A? -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Apple5" wrote in message ...
