Default anyone know what this is?

I've been getting an alert from my firewall asking if I
want to allow MicrosoftQMgr, C:/WINDOWS/LOADQM.EXE.
What is it and should it be blocked? It looks like a
microsoft application but it doesn't mean it is right?
Thanks.

Yes it's an MS file, and yes, it should be blocked.

It's a call home to Microsoft proggie

Personally, I like to update proggies on my own, not when
someone(application) says I should.
