Extra wide screen
I'm stumped, I hope someone can help. A few days ago my
screen started growing wider. I've tryed the front panel control, reinstalled the graphic and monitor drivers, even tried restoring the registry( which failed and I can't get back to the ones before this started.) I'm out of ideas. I'm running a win 98upgrade on a 166 mhz system. |

Extra wide screen
If the display extends beyond the edge of the viewable area in the monitor
and you can't adjust it using the monitor width controls, then this is a monitor hardware problem. If you adjust the screen area setting in the display adapter properties you might be able to find a setting that keeps the display on the screen, depending on just how bad the problem is. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP (DTS) "Teresa" wrote in message ...
