Default Adding separator bars to Start Menu

Is there any way in Win98 to add a separator to the
submenus, or sub-sbumenus of the Start Menu?

Here's a kind of example:

CHANGE THIS:

PHASE -- PHASE v3
PHASE Help
PHASE Uninstall
MRG clean

TO THIS:

PHASE -- PHASE v3
PHASE Help
PHASE Uninstall
---------------
MRG clean

As far as I know, the bars are hard coded.

Separator bars I dont think so, but sub menus are easy, just browse to the
start menu folder and create a folder named "whatever you want to call it"
and put short cuts to the progs you want in the folder

Thanks, but I really want a visible separation between two
different types of entries on the menu (like apples
separated from oranges.)

Create a short cut and name it "---------------".
