Default DOCUMENT VIEWING SCREEN HAS SHRUNK

MY SCREEN FOR VIEWING OR WORKING UP NEW DOCUMENTS HAS
SHRUNK TO SOMETHING LIKE 6" x 2". I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEE A
VERY SMALL PORTION OF MY LETTERS, ETC. MY VIEW SETTING IS
AT NORMAL, BUT EVEN IF I CLICK ON FULL SCREEN IT STAYS
SMALL. ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE IS MUCH APPRECIATED. I HAVE
WINDOWS 98.

Please don't SHOUT, it hurts the eyes.

If the document view setting is normal and you can't see the whole document
then you should adjust the view setting to a different zoom value such as
75%

If all you viewing is too large (not just documents) then you should
right-click a blank part of the desktop and choose properties and then
settings. Adjust the screen area slider by moving it on notch to the right.

Sorry about the caps. Thank you for your response. I've
tried both suggestions and it didn't solve the problem.
Anything else you can suggest?

What happened when you tried? Did changing the zoom change the size of the
text in the document? Did changing the display settings change the size of
your screen items, such as icons?
