Can't access internet

No browser (IE or Netscape) will allow me to access my DSL internet service.
Dialup works, but not DSL which is connected through an ethernet port to a
router. The ethernet port works fine (I have full network capabilities with
the other computers on the network). Other computer connected to the router
also access the DSL internet properly. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Router is not configured to allow this pc access to the net, indiviual ports
on router are set up separately, try router instructions book to check
