Default Reinstall/Repair W98 SE

Is there a method to repair/reinstall W98 files without
having to reconfigure the entire computer?

1. Reinstallation means reconfiguring all the
PC hardwa but Win98 attempts to do that
for you.
2. If you opt to re-use the existing Registry
you do not need to reinstal applications.
(But defects in Registry are more than half
the time what makes us reinstal.)
