dr seuss reading games

LJ I am having trouble downloading reading games from Dr.
LJ Seuss onto my computer. Every time I try to download it
LJ says theres was a problem and asks if i want to send an
LJ error report. i always send an error report. i own an hp
LJ pavilion 515n windows computer. the game is for windows 98
LJ \95 & macintosh. i have also tried to manually download
LJ the game folling the directions in the booklet and
LJ nothing seems to work. i purchased my computer only one
LJ year ago. can some one please e-mail me or call me at
LJ 815-344-1799. i would like to try the free support first
LJ before i pay the fee of 35 dollars. thank you.

Can't blame you for wanting to save the $35.

A few things to check --

-- Does the hard drive have enough room to download the file?
Check available space by clicking on My Computer; note the Free Space
column (right-most). The values are as follows:

GB Gigabytes 1,000,000,000
MB Megabytes 1,000,000
KB Kilobytes 1,000

(The last column is rounded for ease of understanding -- there's a
multiplier of 1024 in there.)


If the chart shows you have 500 KB free space and you're trying to
download a 1 MB file (500 KB = .5 MB), then you need to free up some
disk space. (See other articles posted on how and what to delete,
don't delete files willy-nilly!!)

If you have more than enough free space to download the Dr. Seuss
software then please provide more information, such as the exact error
mesage. If there download allows from a different site (Maine vs New
York) try the different site.
